All models are site-built to our standard specification and customizable to your property. Structure prices exclude foundation, site preparation and project services.

Every exterior is finished properly — this sets the architectural direction. Upgrade pricing is confirmed during consultation.
03 Roof & storage Standard trusses
The roof system decides whether the space above your garage works for you. This is the upgrade most owners wish they'd made — it's far cheaper now than as a retrofit.
